Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant supervision, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluating employees
  • Controlling inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
  • Ensuring excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and responding to customer feedback
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations
