Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at our brand new upscale nursing home in Kingston. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will work either AM or PM shifts, and must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Providing wound care, vital sign monitoring, and other basic nursing care
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
