Job Description

A guesthouse in the Crossroad area is seeking a reliable and hardworking housekeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guesthouse, including rooms, common areas, and laundry. They will also be required to provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure that their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work independently, and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Maintaining common areas, including the lobby, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Working independently and as part of a team
