Job Description

We are a small US Immigration law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney/Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal support to our attorneys, conduct research, and assist with preparing legal documents. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research on US Immigration law and procedures
  • Assisting with preparing legal documents, such as visas and green card applications
  • Providing administrative support to our attorneys
  • Communicating with clients and responding to inquiries
