Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the church property, including a 2-bedroom cottage. This will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep. The caretaker will also be required to work irregular hours and assist with simple maintenance issues. Good interpersonal skills are essential, as the caretaker will be interacting with church members and visitors. Relevant experience is an asset, but not required.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. They will also be knowledgeable about building facilities and general maintenance, and be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
