Job Description

The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating staff, as well as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and handling cash flow and register reconciliation.
