The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational excellence. This includes overseeing daily operations, recruiting, training, and motivating team members, as well as managing inventory, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate must be experienced in retail or a related field, with a strong background in customer service, management, and communication. The Retail Store Manager must be able to work under pressure, handle cash flow, reconcile registers, and deliver accurate reports.
