Job Description

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Lees Wholesale and Supermarket Fashion De. This will include managing a team of employees, many of whom are Chinese, and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and read Chinese, as some invoices and documentation are written in Chinese. They will also be able to work long hours and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to motivate and manage their team to achieve their goals. They will be organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
