Job Description

The Meat Room Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the meat room, including receiving and storing meat products, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and ensuring that all meat products are handled and stored in accordance with food safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have experience in meat handling and operations, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have attention to detail. Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects is also required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and storing meat products
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
  • Ensuring that all meat products are handled and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Operating meat processing equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of meat inventory and storage
