Every new job in Jamaica, in one place
Looking for work in Jamaica can wear you down. Jobs For Jamaicans is here to make the search shorter, simpler and free.
Why finding a job here is so hard
You know how it goes. One job is in Sunday's paper. Another is on a flyer at the bus stop. A third is buried in a WhatsApp group, and the best one is on a company website you never thought to check. By the time you hear about the right job, it is often already filled.
It is even harder if you live outside Kingston and Montego Bay. Good jobs come up in May Pen, Mandeville, Santa Cruz, Ocho Rios and Port Antonio every week, but they rarely reach the people who live right there.
What Jobs For Jamaicans does for you
Jobs For Jamaicans collects the latest job postings from across the island and puts them in one list. Every day, new openings are added from all 14 parishes and every kind of work, from office jobs and call centres to hotels, construction sites and farms.
- One place to look. Search every new job without hopping between newspapers, sites and groups.
- Sorted for you. Filter by parish and category so you only see work that fits your life.
- Newest first. Fresh jobs are always at the top, and closed jobs are taken down.
- Alerts that come to you. Set up a free job alert and new matching jobs land in your inbox.
- Always free for job seekers. You never pay to search, sign up or apply.
How applying works
Jobs For Jamaicans is a job listing site, not an employment agency. It does not hire, interview or place anyone. When you find a job you like, the apply button takes you to the application page, or you can log in free to see the employer's email and phone number and contact them yourself.
Stay safe while you search
A real employer will never ask you to pay for a job, an interview, a uniform or training. If anyone asks you for money, walk away. For overseas and farm work programmes, check that a recruiter is licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security before you share documents or pay anything.
