Job Description

The Morning Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory during the morning shift. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and supervision, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff
  • Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs of equipment
  • Providing training and support to staff as needed
