Job Description

The Morning Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory during the morning shift. This will include supervising staff, managing production, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years of work experience in a factory or similar environment, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of management experience.

The successful candidate will have a high level of integrity, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be required to reside in the vicinity of Ocho Rios.
