Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in cooking or a relevant certificate, diploma, or degree. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Controlling inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, including handling complaints and feedback
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations
