The Supervisory Houseparent will be responsible for providing care and supervision to blind and visually impaired children in a residential setting. This includes ensuring the children's physical, emotional, and educational needs are met, as well as maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, strong supervisory skills, and be certified in Child Care.
The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to communicate effectively with children and staff. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to the children.
